Terms and Conditions – Rules and User Agreement for 1 ee

1Introduction

Welcome to 1 ee, an online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 1ee.bar and designed specifically for users in Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services provided through the 1 ee website and mobile application, including sports betting, casino games, slots, fish games, and any related services or features.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 1 ee platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read these Terms in their entirety, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms are intended to be clear and fair to both the user and the platform. If something is not clear, you can reach our support team before making any financial commitment.

1 ee reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised date at the top. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use 1 ee, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a hard requirement — no exceptions.
• You are registering for personal use only, not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• You are not registering with the intent to abuse any bonus, promotion or referral programme.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 1 ee or its affiliated partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account permanently closed on 1 ee for policy violations.

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate accounts, whether in your own name or under different names, is a breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are discovered, all accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

When registering, you must provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid email address or phone number. 1 ee may request identity verification at any point — typically before processing a withdrawal above a certain threshold, but also as part of routine checks. Verification documents may include a CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in the temporary hold of withdrawal requests until documents are provided and reviewed.

Your account login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. 1 ee is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to accounts that occurs due to the user's own negligence in protecting their credentials.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 1 ee are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet, fast deposits and withdrawals direct to your JazzCash number.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet, deposits confirmed after payment approval on the Easypaisa app.
• Raast — Pakistan's instant payment system for bank-to-bank transfers.
• Bank Transfer — direct bank deposits, processing times may vary depending on your bank.
• Debit / Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard accepted, subject to your bank's approval.
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet options as updated from time to time.

Deposits: Funds are credited to your 1 ee account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are for gaming and betting purposes only — funds cannot be deposited and then immediately withdrawn without any wagering activity.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever this is technically possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes displayed in your account dashboard. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, arriving in your mobile wallet once processing is complete.

1 ee does not charge users a fee for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed, if there is a pending investigation into account activity, or if the withdrawal amount is linked to an unfulfilled bonus wagering requirement.

4Sports Betting Rules

1 ee offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, domestic and international series), football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all bet placements on the platform:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message and the bet appears in your account's bet history. Do not assume a bet has been placed until this is confirmed.
• Once confirmed, bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the user, except where a Cash Out option is available and exercised before the event concludes.
• 1 ee reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being offered. In such cases, the stake is returned in full.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or declared a no-result by the governing body, bets are void and stakes are returned.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at 1 ee's discretion, particularly during critical moments of a match. Any bet placed before the suspension is honoured; bets submitted during a suspension may be rejected.
• The result used to settle a bet is the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this is the ICC or the relevant board. For PSL, it is the PCB's official determination.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary depending on the market type and your account status.

Accumulator (parlay) bets are available on eligible markets. If one selection in an accumulator is void, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining valid selections. All other selections must win for the accumulator to pay out.

5Casino, Slots & Fish Games

The 1 ee platform includes a casino section (live casino and RNG table games), slots, and fish games. The following rules apply across all gaming products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by the physical actions of a live dealer. Results are final.
• Each game has its own Return to Player (RTP) rate. These rates are set by the game provider and are not adjusted by 1 ee.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the platform will attempt to complete the round using the last valid state recorded. If the round cannot be completed, the stake for that round is returned.
• Any malfunction in a game voids all related plays and stakes for that round. This applies to slots, fish games, and live casino equally.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. Users cannot place bets outside these limits.

Fish games on 1 ee operate on a skill-influenced arcade model where player decisions affect outcomes within defined probability parameters. They are not purely luck-based like standard slots, but the house edge still applies across sustained play. Please treat all gaming as entertainment and manage your session budget accordingly.

Live casino games are subject to the hours of availability set by the live studio provider. Not all tables are available around the clock. 1 ee will display table availability within the Casino section of the platform.

6Bonuses & Promotions

1 ee may offer bonuses and promotions to new and existing users from time to time. Each bonus or promotion will have its own specific terms which will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit + bonus amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered abuse and will result in disqualification and account review.
• 1 ee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, or to disqualify a user from a promotion if there is evidence of bad faith, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are typically kept separate from real money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before any conversion of bonus to withdrawable balance occurs.
• Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.

7User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

1 ee expects all users to engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal means, or attempting to use the platform as a mechanism for money laundering.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on information obtained through corrupt means, or in any way participating in or facilitating match fixing.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, scan odds, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal user behaviour, with the sole intent of extracting guaranteed profit.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account with another person or allowing someone else to operate your account on your behalf.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider for a valid deposit made to 1 ee. This will result in the immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.
• Abusive communication: Sending threatening, abusive, or offensive messages to 1 ee staff or other users through any communication channel linked to the platform.

Where prohibited activity is detected, 1 ee reserves the right to void bets, confiscate balance, close accounts and share account information with relevant authorities where required by law or regulation. Users found to have exploited a technical error or pricing mistake in bad faith will have any resulting winnings reversed.

8Responsible Gaming

1 ee takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for adults who choose to use it for entertainment, and it is important to us that users maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools and commitments are in place:

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel you need a break, you can apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets.
• Session and activity history: Your full transaction history and bet history are always available in your account. Reviewing these regularly is a good habit for staying in control of your spending.
• Reality checks: The platform may provide periodic reminders of time spent during a session. These can be configured from your account settings.

The 1 ee platform is strictly adults-only (18+). If you become aware of a minor accessing or using a 1 ee account, please contact us immediately. Account holders are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not have access to their account credentials.

9Privacy & Data

1 ee collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identity, provide customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations. The full details of what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have are set out in our Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your data is used to operate your account and process payments — it is not sold to third parties for advertising purposes.
• Identity verification documents are stored securely and only accessed for the purpose of verification and compliance.
• We may share data with payment providers (JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks) to the extent necessary to process your transactions.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by you: You may close your account at any time by contacting 1 ee support. Before closure is finalised, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding issues on the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.

Suspension or closure by 1 ee: 1 ee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• The account holder has violated any part of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A chargeback has been initiated by the user against a valid deposit.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and the balance has reached zero.
• We are required to do so by law or by an order from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the account will be held during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes with no finding against the user, the account will be reinstated and funds released. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited in part or full depending on the nature of the breach.

11Limitation of Liability & Changes to Terms

1 ee operates the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and functioning at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and network conditions outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1 ee shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or opportunity arising from platform downtime or technical issues.
• Losses resulting from a user's own breach of these Terms or their failure to maintain account security.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in processing, delaying or declining transactions.

Changes to Terms: 1 ee may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. We may also notify registered users by email or in-app notification when significant changes are made. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that part will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of the Terms will continue in full effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the 1 ee platform. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform should first be directed to 1 ee support for resolution. We aim to resolve all genuine disputes fairly and promptly.
